Return and refunds policy
Q. How much time Do i have to Ask to initiate return ?
A. You have 2 days after delivery
Q. Do you accept if I dislike product?
A. Only if product is defective / Damaged we accept returns. Also defect has to be demonstrated.
Q. Can I seek full refund if product found faulty?
A. Unfortunately we will replace the product with new one.
Q. Incase I find product faulty what should I do ?

Q. What should be the product condition.
A. Product should be returned along with its all original packing.
Q. How to send good return ?
A. You will have to courier or wherever possible we will try to initiate reverse logistics that is picking up from address mentioned at time of order. Once we receive the goods at our Wearhouse in Goa we shall refund the amount.
Q. Who bears charges for goods to be returned.
A. We will bear the charges for return goods and will send new one once we receive defective one. If you end up paying for courier charges same will be credited to your bank account. Amount of courier that we will pay will be set maximum to what we have paid while shipping the goods to you.
Q. Can I cancel if Order is delayed by courier ?
A. We use speed post or other reliable courier service. Though mostly speed post only. This will be accessed on Case to Case basis only.
Q. What happens if order is not delivered ?
A. If order is delayed or not delivered we usually raise complaint from our side with courier. Then we ask them to expedite delivery or request them to return product to us in Goa. Once we get product back either we will re-ship to you or if you want we will refund the money and cancel the order. For lost items after acknowledgement from courier we will initiate refund or product replacement.
Any legal issues will be subjected to Margao Goa jurisdiction only.
